Small is BIG for the holidays!

Sara K. Lyons

I got a double dose of "small" this year since my cyanotypes are on display in Amherst at Hope & Feathers as well as ECA+ Gallery in Easthampton. If you're still shopping for holiday gifts I recommend checking out both galleries as well as LOOT found + made in Turners Falls (since they were kind enough to give me access to their collection AND because they have REALLY cool stuff!).

Here are a few images of the cyanotypes after being beautifully framed [with love] by Hope & Feathers:

Easthampton, Sweet Easthampton

Looking forward to being included in this year's Small Works Show & Sale in Easthampton, MA. The show opens December 10th (6:30-9:30 pm) for the Light Up the Arts Holiday Bash! The fun will continue on Saturday for Easthampton's Art Walk on December 12th (5-8 pm). Check out the ECA+ website for more information about art opportunities and exhibitions in Easthampton!

And, if you can't wait until December to visit Easthampton, go check out the memory boxes/las ofrendas made at Valerie Falk's ¡excelente! workshop celebrating the Day of the Dead. The boxes (including one I made) will be on view at ECA+ for Art Walk on November 14th (5-8 pm).

Had the pleasure of photographing Jesse & Doc for their bohemian woodland-inspired engagement shoot. We had some gorgeous morning light for our photographic adventures in Historic Deerfield.
